1. What is CASE?

The Colorado Association of School Executives is the professional association for administrators in Colorado K-12 education. Our purpose is to promote education leadership by providing professional growth, advocacy, and networking opportunities. Superintendents, principals, and other school and district leaders are eligible for membership.

3. What CASE department should I select?

Select the department that aligns with your primary role. You will have the opportunity to connect with colleagues that have common interests.

4. Do I qualify for first-time membership?

If you have never been an active CASE member. Associate and student members who become active members can join at the first-time rate.

5. When is my membership activated?

Your membership is activated when CASE starts receiving your dues.

6. What options do I have for paying monthly dues?

You have three options for monthly dues payments: check monthly, credit card monthly, and payroll monthly. These three options make it easier for you to pay for CASE membership. To select one of these options, complete a monthly authorization form.

7. Are dues prorated?

Individuals who join CASE in the first six months of the membership year (Sept-Feb) must pay the full year’s dues. Individuals who join CASE after February 28 will be charged half a year’s dues. Prorated dues are for active members only.

8. How do I access the Members Only section of www.co-case.org?

Once you sign up for CASE membership, a user name and password will be sent to you. You will need this information to access the Members Only section of the CASE Web site. If you misplace your user name and/or password, contact the CASE office at 303.762.8762 or case@co-case.org.

9. Does my organization qualify for institutional membership?

BOCES and school districts do not qualify for institutional membership. Institutions of higher education, education groups, and professional organizations that (1) are in a support relationship to education leaders or (2) provide training to school administrators are eligible for institutional membership.

10. How do I sign up for membership in my national organization (AASA, NAESP, NASSP)?

Select the proper national membership organization on the membership application and attach the dues amount for that national organization. Each national organization has its own dues structure. CASE can collect your dues for the national organization and will submit your application and payment.

11. Can CASE membership be transferred from one individual to another?

CASE dues are non-refundable and non-transferable.
